Early March 2020, Egypt. Cravings to explore, but tied to a busy work program.

But within the constrictive schedule, small gaps gave way to glimpses of life in Cairo. While wandering across the metropolis, end to end, meeting to meeting, I saw much more than I bargained for. Off the usual routes, and into the peripherals of this sprawling human habitat.
